In October 2013 we have selected the winning tender of the open tender in accordance with article 11 paragraph 8 Public Procurement Law  (Dz. U. 2010, No. 113, position. 759 as amended) for the preparation of pre-project documentation regarding construction of the biogas plant in Zabrze in accordance with description in Terms of Reference.

The most favourable offer was submitted by SAVONA  PROJECT Sp. z o.o. from Tarnów.

On 7.11.2013 MOSiR in Zabrze Ltd, signed the contract with SAVONA  PROJECT for the execution of the task.
